CHUNABI EXPO
Students from Yuna, Binnu and Chapman Valley Primary Schools recently held their CHUNABI Expo at Yuna Primary School. What a fantastic Day!
Students thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt lots about producing and marketing a product that was in some way linked to their local environment.
Students thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt lots about producing and marketing a product that was in some way linked to their local environment.
Products on sale included cookies, pot pourie bags, door stoppers and paper weights, mini pot plants, felted pencil toppers, calendars, quondong bracelets and key chains, dog treats, bath bombs, gift cards, and fridge magnets.
Students were able to raise over $1000, which will be dontated to the Royal Flying Doctor Service. This was a tremendous effort for our small schools.
A HUGE thak you to the Yuna P&C who volunteered their valuable time to cook, and provide lunch for staff, students and community members.
